So you want to fix arm pump?
Are those rock hard forearms, pumped full of blood, causing pain and discomfort?
It's a common problem in motorsport caused by restricted blood vessels in your forearms.
The restriction backs up the blood coming from the heart, causing blood to build up in the forearms which is painful and can affect performance.
Surgery can fix it, strength training and keeping active can reduce it but ultimately arm pump is a huge ongoing problem for most motocross and motorcycle riders. Arm pump sucks.
Expensive exercise tools may have some effect on the problem but they're labour intensive and need to be used every day to have any effect.
