Returns - Exchanges

 

Returning Order for Exchange:

If you ordered the wrong size and need to change your bracelet:

1 - Email us at help@infinitypro.com to tell us about your problem. 

2 - We'll confirm the return details and arrange the exchange.

 

3 - When sending back, include a note with your Name, Address, Email address and short message to tell us the problem and what to do with the returned band.

4 - Include a £1 coin to cover our return postage costs to you. 

5 - Upon receipt of the band we will dispatch your new one.


Faulty Items:

If you have a problem with your product then we will happily replace it for you as long as it's still within our 1 year warranty! 

Just follow these instructions:

1 - Email us at help@infinitypro.com to tell us about your problem

2 - In this email please include:

• A PHOTO of the broken product

• Your name and address

• Size and colour of the replacement required

• Proof of purchase (email receipt, date of purchase, name purchased under etc.)

3 - Once we get the above sent to us we will send out a replacement for you.


Returning Order for Refund:

1 - Email us at help@infinitypro.com to tell us about your problem. 

2 - We'll confirm the return details ready for you to send back.

3 - When sending back, include a note with your Name, Address, Email address and that you'd like a refund. 

4 - Upon receipt of the item/s we will issue your refund. Refunds back to a Paypal account typically arrive the same day, a refund back to a debit/credit card will take 5-7 working days to show on your statement.
